Sian Nolan

Trainee Solicitor

Sian is currently a Trainee Solicitor with the firm having joined the team in 2023.  Sian was legally educated at the University of Strathclyde where she graduated with the LLB (Hons) Law Degree and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.

Prior to joining PBW Law, Sian worked in wide-ranging roles gaining legal experience whilst completing her University studies.  Having worked for various law firms in different practice areas, her versatile experience includes personal injury litigation and immigration and human rights law.  Having also previously worked for a private healthcare provider, Sian brought unique skills and experience to the role and has been an excellent addition to the PBW Law litigation team.

Since starting her legal career with PBW Law Sian has obtained her practicing certificate and regularly appears on behalf of clients at Public Inquiries whilst working alongside renowned advocates and King’s Counsel.  Sian’s primary focus is civil litigation and includes uninsured loss recoveries, personal injury actions, Inquiries, and other civil cases.  Sian also assists the Partners at the firm with criminal matters by preparing for trials and shadowing solicitors at court.
