Claire started her traineeship with the Firm in 2022. Claire began her legal education at the University of Stirling, obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation. Claire continued her legal studies at the University of Strathclyde and graduated with an Accelerated LLB (with Merit) before going on to obtain the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
Throughout her time at university Claire combined her studies with working as a Legal Assistant. Claire also volunteered as a student advisor at the Strathclyde University Law Clinic where she was awarded the best student advisor newcomer award of 2019.
Throughout her traineeship Claire has continued to focus on civil litigation, whereby she manages her own caseload and provides support to the wider team. Claire specialises in both defender and pursuer uninsured loss actions as well as personal injury litigation. Claire is recognised for having a tailored and meticulous approach to her clients and always strives to ensure that the best possible outcome is always achieved.
